Terms of service
Last updated 28 August 2026
This is the agreement between your moving company and us for the use of LogMovers. It is written plainly on purpose. If a sentence here is unclear, ask before you agree to it rather than after.
1. Who this is with
LogMovers is operated by Metro Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company:
Metro Group LLC
30 N Gould St Ste R
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States
In this agreement, "we" and "us" mean Metro Group LLC, and "you" means the company that has an account. If you are agreeing to this on behalf of a business, you are confirming that you are allowed to.
2. What you get
For as long as your account is paid up, you may use LogMovers to run your moving business: quoting, scheduling, dispatch, documents, invoicing, and whichever add-ons you have switched on. Your staff and crew may use it under your account.
The service is provided over the internet. There is nothing to install and nothing you own a copy of. We may improve, change or reorganise features over time. If we remove something you rely on, we will tell you before we do it.
3. What you must not do
- Resell LogMovers, or give access to a business that is not yours, without our written agreement.
- Try to copy, decompile or rebuild the software, or take it apart to make a competing product.
- Use it to break the law, to send messages people have not agreed to receive, or to store data you have no right to hold.
- Attack, overload or probe the service, or attempt to reach another company's data.
- Share one login between several people. Each person who uses the system gets their own, because the record of who did what is only worth something if it is true.
4. What it costs
You pay the amount agreed when you signed up, for the plan and the add-ons you chose. That amount is on your order and on your invoices. It is charged monthly in advance unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
There is no setup fee and no charge for getting started. If we ever change what a plan costs, we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand, and you may cancel before the new price applies rather than accept it.
Add-ons can be switched on and off. Switching one on takes effect at once; switching one off takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for.
5. Your data belongs to you
Everything you and your staff put into LogMovers stays yours. Your customer list, your jobs, your prices and your documents are your property, not ours. We hold them to run the service for you and for no other purpose. We do not sell them, mine them, or use them to build anything.
You can get a copy of your data at any time while your account is open, and we will help you if the export you need is not one the product already offers.
Because your customers' details are in the system, you are responsible for having the right to hold them, for telling those customers what you do with them, and for answering their requests. The privacy policy explains how this splits between us.
6. Keeping your account secure
You are responsible for who you give access to and for what they do with it. Tell us promptly if you think a login has been taken. We will help you shut it down.
7. What we promise about uptime, honestly
We work to keep LogMovers available and we take backups every day, encrypted and copied off the server. We do not promise a specific uptime percentage, and we would rather say so than print a number nobody measures.
The service can be unavailable for maintenance, for a failure at our hosting provider, or for a fault of our own. Where we plan work that will interrupt you, we will give notice. Where something breaks unexpectedly, we will fix it and tell you what happened.
8. Other companies we depend on
Some features work through other companies: card payments, QuickBooks, address lookup, and your own email provider. Those parts depend on those services being available and on you keeping your own account with them in good standing. We are not responsible for their outages or for decisions they make about your account with them. QuickBooks Payments services are provided by Intuit Payments Inc.
LogMovers includes Google Maps features and content. Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then current versions of the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Where your company has not entered its own Google Maps key, addresses come from OpenStreetMap and from the United States Census Bureau geocoder. Address data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and is available under the Open Database License. Every service and typeface this software depends on is credited on the Notices page inside your own LogMovers account.
9. Stopping
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part of a month, and we do not lock you into a term.
We can suspend an account that has not paid, after telling you, or close one that is being used for something in section 3. If we close your account for anything other than non-payment or misuse, we will refund the unused part of what you paid.
After an account closes, you have 30 days to ask for a copy of your data. After that we delete it as described in the privacy policy.
10. Where we draw the line on liability
LogMovers is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be free of faults, and we are not liable for business you lose, profit you do not make, or data you lose where you had the means to keep your own copy.
Where we are liable for something, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem arose. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow to be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand. Carrying on using LogMovers after that means you accept the change. If you do not accept it, cancel before it takes effect and we will refund the unused part of what you paid.
12. Which law applies
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If we end up in a dispute, we will both try to settle it in writing first.
13. Contact
Use the contact form on the LogMovers home page. It reaches us directly.
